Alessandra joined Franklin Square Group as Policy Analyst in April 2024. Previously, she served as Project Manager at a boutique consulting firm specializing in non-profit and trade association management, where she worked on a variety of issues ranging from diplomatic relations to nuclear energy policy. 

Alessandra has experience working on Capitol Hill, where she interned for her home-state Senator Tom Carper (D-DE) as well as Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE). She also served as a Legal Assistant at Maryland-based immigration law firm, working on specialized immigration visas. 

Alessandra graduated from The George Washington University in December 2021, where she received her B.A. in Sociocultural Anthropology with minors in Political Science and Archaeology.
