Sarah Beth Jansen Joins Franklin Square Group as Partner

Washington, D.C. – Franklin Square Group, a leading bipartisan technology advocacy firm, is pleased to announce Sarah Beth Jansen will be joining the firm as Partner. Jansen joins Franklin Square from the Information Technology Council (ITI), where she drove policy development and advocacy for over 60 of the world’s most innovative technology companies. Sarah Beth is a recognized industry leader in cybersecurity, intellectual property, and high-skilled immigration policy on Capitol Hill and with the new administration.

Prior to ITI, Jansen spent almost 7 years in the Senate as counsel to Senator Tom Coburn, M.D. (R-OK) on the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the Senate Judiciary Committee. She advised the Senator on a range of issues including intellectual property, immigration, antitrust, data security, nominations, and oversight of the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security. Before entering public service, Jansen worked in the financial services industry in Birmingham, Alabama.

Jansen is from Memphis, Tennessee, and earned her J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law and her B.S.B.A. in Finance from Auburn University.
