Brian Worth

Brian has proven experience building bridges between Silicon Valley and Republican political leaders in Washington. Prior to joining Franklin Square, Worth was Uber’s first Washington hire in charge of managing the company’s engagement with Capitol Hill. When it comes to the gig economy, small business empowerment, transportation, and tax issues, Worth excels at navigating Republican politics and policymaking in the Administration and Capitol Hill.

Prior to joining Uber, Worth served as the Director of Coalitions for then House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-CA). In this role, he was responsible for coordinating outreach to key organizations that were interested in legislation being considered by the U.S. House of Representatives.

Brian began his career in Washington working for Congressman Dave Hobson (R-OH), and also served as a political appointee at the U.S. Small Business Administration under President George W. Bush. He also worked as the Vice President of government affairs for the Independent Electrical Contractors.

Worth is a graduate of Miami University, and lives in Arlington, VA, with his wife and two children.
